Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping worldwide.
Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. In peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
During the peak seasons, it might take a bit longer time to deliver.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different warehouses. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.
The customer has to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.
International
It will take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.
During peak seasons, it might take a bit longer to deliver.
Sometimes, unforeseen situations that are beyond the carrier’s control can affect the delivery time.
Note: Promotional item: Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.
*To comply with Brazilian regulations, all orders shipped to Brazil will now be subject to CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) and recipient name checks. Customers must provide accurate CPF numbers, else risking failed deliveries.
Express Shipping
It usually takes 7 to 14 days. The price will be $18 to $35 for most of the countries we can deliver to.

Cut-off time for Christmas
Christmas Delivery cut-off period. To ensure that your purchase arrives before Christmas, orders must be received before the cut off time below:
15 NOVEMBER
We will still continue to ship orders to all regions after these dates but cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. We also cannot take responsibility for delays to customs clearance timings (if applicable) in specific regions.
Order Fullfillment
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year, except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally, orders may not ship the 'next day' due to stock issues, lacking order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.
Lost Tracking Number
If you lost the tracking number, please contact us. We will send you the tracking number again.
Lost or Stolen
Unfortunately, Sunken Skull cannot be held responsible for parcels damaged or lost in the mail.
