We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please contact us or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
